The breakfast scramble with gluten free wrap is excellent but delivery times are so inconsistent that it deters me from ordering from here sometimes. Delivery has taken up to an hour and a half, but sometimes is as quick as 20 minutes (currently I am writing this at 50 minutes and still waiting). The worst part is the attitude I get from the staff when my delivery is over an hour late and they finally deliver it to my work but I am not able to receive it because I didn't expect it to take so long and no one calls to say that it will be taking significantly longer than the estimate (newsflash, a lot of people order delivery to work and are on time constraints). definitely not worth the 75 min. wait. being a vegetarian i don't have a whole lot of choices in certain areas, and this one had one of the highest ratings. i ordered the buffalo chicken with the live long & green tea. both were pretty subpar. the tea was exactly as "wholesome" as i thought it would be, very acidic and not nice-tasting. the sandwich was also not great. i'm better off ordering veggie items from a regular meat-based eatery.

I like the food here (I've gotten the Quesadilla Wrap, Kale Chips, Buffalo "Chicken" sandwich, and the Humus all of which was tasty) , but the last time I ordered they never delivered. So after an hour I called them, and they made check with my door man and etc. To make a long story short, I had to make 5 phones and wait over 2 hours to receive my food. At which point, I was told that I would get a credit on my account to order Humus and Pita chips. Which would of fine as this is the first time they didn't deliver, but I called today to order (couldn't credit previously because I order off seamless) to hear they have no record of this mishap. So this is the second time or out 10 they've burn me.

Their dairy free milkshakes are better than real milkshakes. Daiya Cheese is a surprisingly decent replacement for cheese. Do it!

Terri always great lunch options for vegans. Taking off one star for a few reasons: the delivery time is very inconsistent (usually about 45 minutes, but sometimes longer) and it's a bit overpriced. $1.38 worth of avocado gets you 3 little slices, for example. They also occasionally send wrong orders or weird things (like a frozen caesar salad) but they try to make up for it with freebies next time around.

I had the worst experience with them. Ordered at 11:45AM at Feb 13, and called them at 1:45PM (2 hours later) and they said they haven't seen the order. The person on the phone apologized and asked me if they could make it up by sending some desert.

Excellent salad. I had the Spinach salad--definitely filling and yummy! Delivery was on time as well. Only reason it does not get 5 stars because I am picky. (So 4 is excellent!)

Their food always arrives in a reasonable amount of time and it's delicious. The baked goods are amazing. Definitely one of my favorite places to get a great vegetarian meal.

Terri's will always be my go-to lunch stop. This time around, I tried it for dinner and ordered my favorite, buffalo "chicken" sandwich. Unfortunately, the sandwich was overcooked (I know, how right?!) Well, the bread was over toasted on one side and as as result, the "chicken" was dried out. Very unfortunately. I think I'll likely stick to Terri's for lunch. Oh, I picked-up so they are expedient with that.

The best place in NYC for vegan donuts, muffins, and cupcakes delivered. My go to spot for vegan desserts in Chelsea. Also, their Skinny Elvis sandwich is delicious- toasted peanut butter and carmelized banana sandwich. They deliver late and quickly, highly recommended for desserts and when you're craving sweets.

Just finished my 10th buffalo chix wrap. This time, it was bathed in vegenaise. It dripped everywhere - totally gross. Meanwhile, it was missing the cheese. After this disappointment. I ordered a wrap from Press and all the ingredients were fresh, including the wrap itself (and pomegranate ice tea!) Much better.

The reason I haven't rated this place higher is b/c I find some of the food extremely salty (eg. breakfast scramble, hummus avocado). Though the flavor is usually pretty tasty. The juices are great too. If they could dial back on the salt, I would be a fan.

Kale chips.....OMG, kale chips. Avoid the smoked tofu, but everything else I've ever had has been pretty great, and I'm a meat eater too.

5 stars for vegan & delicious! I've tempted my omnivorous friends with the delicious aromas of Terri's and am fortunate to be close enough to order for lunch regularly. My absolute favorite is the Buffalo "Chicken" Sandwich (add the soy bacon!) but the "Meatball" sandwich is delicious too, especially with extra sauce. For sides, I'm squarely in the potato salad camp, but I'm sure the others are tasty given the excellent track record for Terri!

This place rocks! It's fast food vegan so not low fat really, but very tasty. I've had nearly everything on the menu & it's all been very good. The Green Power shake, Acai Berry & the chocolate shake are all really fantastic. The cookies & donuts & muffins are good, but the cupcakes are the BEST EVER! I love the quesedilla but with lighter sauce because it can be too spicy. The cesar salad is great, especially the dressing, and the potato salad. It's all really good & rather addicting. Wish the prices were a wee bit lower, but it is NYC.

Absolutely the best vegan take out in the flatiron area. The "chicken" sandwiches are delicious, the spinach salad with jicama is beyond refreshing, and the kale chips are instantly addictive. My go-to spot when I want a healthy and satisfying lunch. Oh, and their rosemary bread will change your life, seriously.

There is simply no better option for delicious, vegan fast-food. The meatball sub and the buffalo chicken in a wrap are my favorites. Be sure to try a green power as well.

Terri's is great! I found out about their fresh juices and decided to try a couple. I them so much I tried their juice fast. With the exception of a minor slip up, the fast went well. Terri's notified me right away about a possible bad juice and offered to rectify the situation right away. As soon as the fast was over I tried their soups and salads and have had the Spinach salad almost daily for lunch! I've tried a couple other items on the menu but keep coming back to the Spinach salad. Vegetarian it's expected you would go here but non-vegetarians give it a shot, you won't be disappointed. Great stuff.

I've only have the "tuna" melt, potato salad, and butter finger shake. All were exceptionally good. Delivery was super fast. I'll have to explore the menu a bit more but I'm hooked on the tuna melt for now. The staff was also very friendly.

Order was prepared and ready for pickup. I ordered the thanksgiving sandwich and thai chicken wrap. The thanksgiving sandwich is okay for vegan. According to my boyfriend who tried the thai chicken wrap, it didn't taste very thai.

I love love love this place. Their sandwiches are all good. They're wraps are good. The delivery is prompt and the delivery people are very nice, warm and friendly. I have ordered from here many times and am never disappointed. They're Java and strawberry shakes are to die for. They may be a little pricey but it's well worth it.

One of the most delicious vegetarian/vegan cafes in the area. The prices are more economical than other veggie eateries around Chelsea and you get large sandwiches for the price. The staff is amiable and accommodating and even sent me free desserts when an order took longer to deliver than expected. The meatball sub can be dry, but if you order extra marinara sauce it's rich and gooey with the Daiya cheese. They use a tasty Italian panini style bread for their sandwiches; and their homemade vegan takes on potato salad and chicken caesar salad prove that there can be delicious, healthy alternatives to the originals. Their strawberry mint lemonade is fresh and tart, and both their chocolate cupcake and their apple cider donut are fresh and full of chocolate and cinnamon flavor, respectively. My only complaint is that I wish they would redraw their delivery map since we now fall outside their zone and have to pay an additional delivery charge and call them to order instead of using seamless web.

the food was ok. it was vegetarian but it didn't feel very healthy. a little greasy. and the salad was a little too sweet. the delivery was great. fast and friendly. i will give them another try.

Great place and food. My bf is a vegetarian, so we switch up veggie vs meat restaurants every few days. For a meateater, I find a lot of these meals pretty darn good.

Delicious, creative vegan sandwiches, perfect for hungry herbivores working in the Flatiron neighborhood. Stop by in the mornings for their stellar Breakfast Wrap and fresh juices, or pick up a hefty, filling, veggie Meatball Sub or Cheddar Bacon Chicken Ranch sandwich for lunch. One of my faves!

The sandwiches at Terri are my favorite vegan sandwiches in Manhattan. Pick one up with a cup of coffee flavored with one of their many "milk" options, including almond, rice, soy, etc.! I especially like the Jerk Tofu Pineapple and Meatball Sub. The cheese they use is savory and melts perfectly. I especially like having the option to order them on gluten-free bread, which is great if you're limiting your gluten intake. If you are unable to eat gluten at all, though, make sure you ask which sandwich fillings are gluten-free. The friendly staff will be knowledgeable and able to help you find a gluten-free option for sure! A must-try for anyone vegetarian, vegan, or health-conscious looking for a quick and tasty meal to brighten up the work day!

The dinner time wraps are solidly good. We really enjoyed them. However, the the tofu scrambled egg wrap was way to salty. Might want to lay off the sodium inclusion.

The potato salad is AMAZING. Quite possibly the best I have ever had, and the Tofurky sandwich was very good (but I had hoped for slabs of tofurky instead of slices). Haven't dined in, but delivery was fast and the price is a tad steep. However I'm definitely going to order again!

They delivered very quickly, but my sammich already cold. Still, delicious! My only real issue is the price. Once you add in tax and tip, it's more than $10 for a sandwhich. It would be nice if it came with a little something extra, like pickles or a side of bean salad.
